The function of the car ac condenser is to dissipate heat and reduce the temperature of the high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant vapor discharged from the compressor, allowing it to condense into high-pressure liquid refrigerant. It can cool and liquefy the high-pressure, high-temperature refrigerant (gaseous refrigerant) sent out from the compressor.
The refrigerant enters the evaporator, the pressure decreases, and it changes from high-pressure gas to low-pressure gas. This process needs to absorb heat, so the surface temperature of the evaporator is very low. After passing through the fan, cold air can be blown out. The condenser cools the high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant from the compressor into high-pressure and low-temperature refrigerant, which then evaporates in the evaporator through the capillary tube.
The condenser and evaporator in the car ac are collectively referred to as the heat exchanger. The performance of the heat exchanger directly affects the cooling performance of the car ac. It consumes a lot of metal materials, occupies a large volume, and accounts for 50%~70% of the total mass of the car ac. The space it occupies directly affects the effective volume of the car, and its layout is very difficult, so it is extremely important to use efficient heat exchangers. The condenser and evaporator in the car ac system should be matched with the compressor and adapted to the throttle expansion mechanism. The working status of the car ac condenser and evaporator directly affects the capacity (refrigeration capacity) of the refrigeration system, the power consumption of the compressor and the economy of the entire air conditioning system.
The air takes away the high temperature sent by the compressor, and the superheated part of the air-conditioning refrigerant gas makes it become dry saturated vapor;
Liquidation is carried out under the condition that the saturation temperature remains unchanged;
When the air temperature is lower than the condensation temperature, the already liquefied refrigerant is further cooled to the same temperature as the surrounding air, playing a cooling role.
The auto ac condensor is a component of the car air conditioning system, which can quickly transfer heat in the pipes to the air near the pipes, and most cars are located in front of the radiator. For certain applications, gas must pass through a long tube to allow heat to dissipate to the surrounding air. Copper and other conductive metals are commonly used to transport steam.
