Elimination measures: Clean the system, replace the storage liquid dryer, clean or replace the car ac expansion valve, replace the capillary, evacuate, and add refrigerant according to the specified amount.

Phenomenon: Normal high-pressure pressure, low-pressure pressure is low.
Cause and judgment: The surface of the evaporator is covered with dust, the fins on the surface of the evaporator are damaged, the temperature controller fails, and the air volume of the blower is reduced (whether the air volume switch and variable speed resistor are damaged).
Elimination measures: Clean and tidy the surface of the evaporator, repair the temperature controller, blower, air volume switch, and variable speed resistor. When replacing the evaporator, it is necessary to add 30-50CC refrigeration oil to the system.

Phenomenon: Electromagnetic clutch noise or internal compressor noise.
Cause and judgment: If there is abnormal noise after starting the air conditioner (excluding noise generated by resonance), and there is still abnormal noise after disconnecting the A/C switch, it indicates that the clutch is abnormal.
Elimination measures: First, check whether the air conditioning belt and installation screws are loose, and whether the belt has oil. If there is a problem with the electromagnetic clutch, simply replace the electromagnetic clutch without replacing the compressor assembly. If it still cannot be solved, please let a professional judge.

Cause and judgment: First exclude leaks at the connecting pipe joints, and always use a leak detector to detect, and do not judge leaks by looking at whether there is oil on the car air conditioner compressor with the naked eye.
Elimination measures: Please let a professional judge the leak location, and if it is judged that there is a leak in the car air conditioning compressor part, it can be solved by replacing the sealing parts.

Phenomenon: The clutch is burnt.
Cause and judgment: The coil temperature is too high and burns out, or the car air conditioning compressor is jammed.
Elimination measures: Please let a professional judge whether the car air conditioning compressor is malfunctioning internally. If not, just replace the clutch components.
